4 more weeks to a breather!

It was busy at the laboratory as usual. Had been doing gold and nickel stripping almost everyday.

Bad news is, I sprained my right foot on Tuesday morning. It's real bad. It became swollen and there were some bruises. Went to this 推拿 specialist on Thursday but the swell didn't go down. Hence, I went to consult this 跌打 physician near the Bedok Reservoir NTUC supermarket yesterday. He applied some oil and put a wrap around the affected area. The pain is still there but it comes and goes. I'll just see how it is when I remove the wrap tomorrow morning. Hopefully the swell would have gone down significantly.

On Monday, a new temp staff came to the production office. I didn't manage to talk to her as I was really busy in the lab. I finally had the chance to chat with her on Friday. Her name was Xiu Zhen and she's a first year student at NYP. She knew at once that I am a DCP student when I mentioned that I am from SP. What she is studying is similar to my modules. We chatted for more than 30 minutes. I eventually went back to the lab as my drawing of samples was incomplete. Jennifer thought I went to regulate my bowels because I went away for so long.

Cya!
